Summary: This House is amazing. Very modern, very bright and very accommodating for families with kids. The description is totally accurate. Lots of spaces to sleep and lounge. Each room has it's own TV which we did not really use (except to watch women's soccer World Cup '23- Go Germany!) The kitchen has pretty much everything you could want. I even had my own tea pot- I loved it. There is only one big pan that works well, but maybe another smaller one would be nice. We were able to sit outside only once to enjoy the yard. The weather was to wet unfortunately. There is a BBQ Grill, lots of games to play, boardgames and even things for a toddler to enjoy. Bikes are also available. The kids bikes is for smaller kids who can bike. Maybe 4 years old or so. My 6 year old used it a couple of times and liked it even though it was was small for her. Communication with Margrit was great. We needed help with the heater (Summer can be cold here...so sad!), her neighbor came over right away and fixed the issue. The location is a little walk away from the Bernsteinsee, but you can easily walk it or use the bikes. My 85 year old mother who uses a walker made it several times. Unfortunately, we were not able to really use the lake/beach since the weather was junk. But if Summer ever shows itself again this would be a great place to vacation with kids. There is cat outside that's not nice-we sprayed the "Killercat" with water out of a spray bottle- she did not like that and stayed away.
